Because every bandana is uniquely custom-made and personalised to order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check all personalisation details and sizing before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bandana arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error made on my part, I want to make it right! Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund.
